A wonderful arrangement & performance of Eric Coates' marvelous music for the 1954 picture of the same name (which has a fantastic Main Title sequence). The slight retard they take here just as they segue into the main theme is perfect. Along with some of the music of Elgar, Parry and Stanford, this must also have been in the back of John Williams' mind as he composed his extraordinary score for "Star Wars" (1977).

I produced a choir/brass band version of this in 7 languages many years ago in aid of charity - British Red Cross. God Bless Eric Coates!

Pure British genius! Everyone else is trying to make the bombs as big as they can. What do we do? Give someone twenty quid and some gaffa tape and tell them to make it bounce!
Excellent playing! Bravo!
