  • The universe is expanding at an accelerated in terms of atomic matter. HOWEVER, in terms of dark energy, the universe is shrinking as more and more matter gets converted into dark matter. Dark energy leaves the black holes and as the universe cools, the black holes will disappear all except one which becomes an inverse black hole in which dark energy moves into the black hole until the gravitation forces become stronger than the atomic forces and another big bang will occur.
