@incawithanAK47 that's around your lumbar area. normally, someone would be hung upside down so the spine can stretch and especially relieve the tension around the lumbar area. Either by gravity boots, or that bed-flip- type machine a chirpractor should have.

I have a pain in my lower back but its only when i make sudden movements it really hurts. But I can walk fine but i twist it stings like hell... Any suggestions to what I have...

Blew out my pectorial about ten yrs ago and now its getting back at me with a devastating pinched nerve in my rght shoulder. so bad i get migraines and can't see out of my right eye. All you guys who said its bad enough to make u cry; i know the feeling!!!!
