Once im in a scenario when im force to throw a punch to defence myself from a attacker. The problem is that person is stronger & faster then i am. Soon as i throw out my fist punch, He catch my punch. He got hold on my wist, & i was lost. I got panic. I try to strike back but it wont work, the rest u can guess ya...

For so many years this incident have always been hunting. Kind of made me loss confident in the ability to defence myself. Please Help ! thanks
