September 5, 2008. Journey played the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, their only Canadian stop of the tour, on Arnel Pineda's birthday. Despite postponing their concert in Manchester, New Hampshire just a couple nights before (due to Arnel's bronchitis) he managed to put on a great performance for the crowd of about 15,000.

The crowd always comes to life when they play this song!

  • rico man great job was this at the molson center???? or rogers center

  • Thanks. Molson Amphitheater.

  • ....a.pineda is way better than s.perry coz perry is limited in ranges & genres but pineda can outsing perry & almost any american singers from ballad rock jass blues opera hip hop classics soul music name it pineda can sing them almost flawless but never s. perry before or after it's a fact not opinion....

  • Why are Pineda and Perry fans always attacking one another? Pineda is no Steve Perry and shouldn't be compared. Perry was great but his time with the band has passed and he alone wasn't the band. So people should stop bitching that Journey has been reduced to a 'lounge' or 'karaoke' act. Perry wasn't the original singer when he joined, but he helped make Journey famous. For the same reason, Pineda should be appreciated for Journey's rebirth and renewed success.

  • this song is the best, i was at this concert, they played this, and everyone was singing, it was epic

everyone knew the lyric for this one

  • @DxMaster14 he is alright, u cant say he sucks, cause he doesnt, he was good but yes, i agree the older one was better

  • @DxMaster14 and the older one suck anus, thats what you want to get response from others when you comment like that. I am neither of die hard fan but i listen both version and arnel pineda is doing very well. Look all the audience who come to the concert are steve perry fan and they welcome pineda. What about you, don't tell you are sick in the head.

  • The only complaint about their set is that they didn't perform "Who's Cryin' Now?" I guess Arnel's voice wasn't up to it or something???

  • @DxMaster14 I saw them here and I am old to enough to have seen a live gig with Steve Perry... there is no way you can compare them... just like there are people who swear by Van Halen with David Lee Roth and those who like Sammy Hagar, there is no way to say which is better... it's all personal preference. If you prefer Steve Perry, fine. Just don't make an extremely short-sighted and ignorant comment like that.

  • oh common ...!stop nonsense comments...

  • You mean, Steve Perry was a better sucker of balls?

  • Hahaha! This from a twelve year old who's into video games and fake wrestling championship belts! Next time, comment when you've made something of yourself.

  • I was there, and they were awsome.
