A. That flashbang at 2:04 was very poorly recreated.

honestly, for a building of that size, their timing was relatively good.
I agree that they could have gone a bit faster, but remember, these are actors...

This scene actually depicts what did happen on that operation and probably in the actual time frame. There were delays and although there were multiple Delta teams, it did take time to clear the building, one of the reasons being that the Rangers actually did fire upon the Deltas by mistake, thinking they were militia. The reason it was removed was probably that it was impossible to film all perspectives of the insertion and place them into that small time frame.

I can sort of see why they cut it. Deltas are supposed to be lightning fast when it comes to clearing buildings. and this scene kills that illusion. Also the fact that they were shooting each other does not ad the plot and was never really reflected upon.
