Lizzie - The Stair Master

UPDATE: I don't let her use the steps anymore. I'm carrying her up & down all the time now. I have to baby gate her off so she doesn't go up or down by herself.

Sadly, Lizzie doesn't get around as easily as a normal 2 year old schnauzer. Her vision problems add to the challenge. (She's wearing a diaper because she was in heat.)

@kidowmer Thanks! Lizzie was very near death when the rescue found her. Lots of love, patience, care, good food & money made her healthy & happy. Her new family says she's continuing to grow stronger. She's their baby & she's spoiled rotten!

I rarely let her go down the steps alone now. She gets carried most every time. I'm afraid she could fall.

I have been watching (with tears) Lizzie for 3-4 days, video after video. I'm in love :) My little one went to heaven last Tuesday :( Niko and Dory are good to her.... as you are. Thank you for being so special!

Lizzie is easy to love! I'm so sorry you lost your baby! I know your heart hurts! Embrace all the good memories & know that she would not want you to be sad. Don't let the saddness over your loss overshadow the love & happiness she brought to your life.

Oh she is doing great....keep up the stair master it will do wonders. Ozzy has a back problem and he has trouble on the turns..she looks stiff there also. Keep up the good work... your an ANGEL!

Lizzie's back legs are getting stronger & more muscular. Dory is trying her best to make Lizzie like her!

I'm wondering maybe she never had used her back legs? Could be from lack of nutritious, lack of strengthen in the back legs

Thankfully for Dory is there to show Lizzie how its done lol Way a go Dory :)
