@glerma1 the toyota is a tow truck if you look you can see the boom on the back. thats why it's pullin a wheelie because the cable is hooked high on the toyota and low on the other truck.

@glerma1 At that point the other truck stopped pulling so the driver of the blue truck was slowly relieving the tension on the rope that was causing his front end to rise..or so i think

so why when he backs up the front end comes down very slow
