No profanity words were used towards Tiesha's nephew. The only phrases said were:

Hello
Who is this
I don't know you
Do you know who you're talking to
No
What'd you just say
Huh

  • @Thejordans Shut up, nigger. It's a prank call don't over analyze everything.

  • One of the all time classics.

  • @DewFuzz When were these calls made? info for this: soundboardprankcalls.wikia.com/wiki/Tiesha

  • You should do more prank calls to Tiesha and see what she says.

  • @DewFuzz And the fact that Tiesha was already riled up before being called a n!gger, and didn't get riled up afterward, you've proven your point that using the word n!gger is completely harmless, and only affects the image of the racist, not the feelings of the oppressed group. Oh okay. Got it.

  • @DewFuzz So, essentially, your response is Yes, you were using the word n!gger whimsically, and are just joining a history of dolling out racist slurs. Why? Because even if using slurs continues the life of the lexicon of racist oppression, if a slur doesn't apply to your race, then it shouldn't affect you. Okay. Got it. Racism is just all in good fun. And that explains the use of big black drag to construct an image of a black woman.

  • @Thejordans

I'm not sure how familiar you are with soundboard prank calls, but the N word and any racial epithet that comes out of a prank victim's mouth is used on anybody. One example is The Colossal Racist bitch. Pranks calls featuring her have her shouting racist remarks at everybody, no matter what the presumed race of the prank call victim.

As for your claim I used the grandmother's soundbyte to get Tiesha riled up—you're a bit late on that one. I already had her riled up.

  • @DewFuzz Also this and other Tiesha calls have been reincarnated as variations of "Ghetto girl," remixed w/ another "black sounding" voice and punctuated with the image of a man in big black drag. Do you get my point, now, that this is another example of the lack of attention paid to media's role in manipulating portrayals of people of color?

  • @DewFuzz So you didn't edit out calling a child n!gger. Fine. But let's just be clear -the issue is that a decision was made to use "n!gger" REPEATEDLY against someone we assume is black for the sole purpose of getting her riled up. It's a whimsical use of racism that the coments on Tiesha videos are rarely if ever aimed at.

  • @Thejordans

I "conveniently" clipped the call to exclude Tiesha's nephew because I did not want to feature a call made to someone as young as him, especially given the circumstance. Although in my Bea Arthur prank call I did make an exception because his was a light-hearted response. Tiesha's nephew was tired of White Thug Girl's unwillingness to cooperate, and I did not want to feature an agitated kid in a prank call.
