This guy wrote so many great songs and is a great performer, so I can't understand why he never became as big a star as some of the other guys who have nowhere near his talent. Garth Brooks for instance. People have taste in their A-holes.

He not only sings but the man writes all of his and some other peoples songs! He is one of the greatest performers ever!!

Rodney Crowell is amazing and eh has written some of the most classic country-rock-folk songs ever. After All This Time, Ashes By Now and If Looks Could Kill only start the party. What a talent!
