Where is this? And what's the name of the stream?

When my dad went up there a few months ago, you could walk across the backs of the fish.

trout run is nursery water and off limits to fishing. This small stream is where the Pennsylvania fish and Boat commission get all their steelhead eggs to replenish and grow new Steelhead each year. They bring tanker( fish hatchery trucks) in and catch the steelhead and load into the holding tanks. They milk the steelhead of eggs and milt when ready and then release them back into other streams at a later date.

What a great video. I am not an avid fisherman but I have heard the stories of Steelhead in Erie. Kind of nice to see it. Thanks for posting.
