@FailureIsImminent Why is it acceptable to drop living animals from the sky to plummet to their deaths to have fun, but we can't do it to humans to have fun? Just because we're the dominant species of this planet does not give us the right to end the lives of innocent animals in such awful ways for entertainment. People who think throwing animals out of airplanes is fun are just as sick in the head as people who think throwing humans out of airplanes for fun is alright. Psychopaths.

@missmassey16 It's not stupid because it's a tradition? That's the most ignorant thing I've ever heard. In Spain, they chase around bulls with spears then stab them in the heart as a tradition, but that's okay, too? Tradition isn't an excuse to torture animals. There's more ways to bring people together that doesn't involve harming innocent animals. Find some healthy entertainment, inbred.

It's not stupid.. It's a tradition. This has been going on for 66 years. Yeah, some turkey's do drop instead of fly, but it's because their feathers are messed up.. It's a great experience and it brings a lot of people over there. If you don't like it, why comment? As for calling Arkansas people "stupid fuckers",, you can go fuck yourself. If you don't like it, get off the video. Thanks.

Not wild turkeys such as those used in the Yellville turkey drop. Wild turkeys are capable of soaring for nearly a mile. The WKRP episode that parodied the turkey drop mistakenly used domesticated turkeys which don't fly so much as plummet. I gleaned that from two minutes of looking at Google results. They tossed the wild turkeys off of the courthouse roof for seventy years before they tried the airplane drop. musicissimplyamazing
