@beckie0 It was a 'respite' holiday home/village for boys of coal mining familes in South Wales from 1925-1990. It was abandoned alongside the decline of the coal mining industry at the same time in the late 80's. It's on the coast a little West of Cardiff.

@ilovegummys It was run by the coal mining board which fell sharply in decline in the 80's/90's, this place went down with it.
