@KYOJINSMASH Hey man, my resting heart rate peaked at 102. No where NEAR 150 which is the recommended fat burning rate.

@KYOJINSMASH you are the troll asshole, putting up useless videos with misinformation. keep eating at burger king you ignorant peasant.
-
@jojokintel 1kg a month? are you joking? I know from my own personal results that it works like I say, plus about 40 people I've told first hand that have lost a ton of weight with it. Go troll somewhere else.

@KYOJINSMASH Resting HR of 140 for 12 hrs from an EC stack? I'm doing one right now and there is no way my HR is even close to that, and if it was I'd be terrified. I've read up on it and nowhere do I see anything approaching your exceptional results. Average weight loss was 1kg in one month according to a study cited in the wikipedia entry.

@jojokintel no it was a lb a day for 4 months consecutively. The 2-3 lbs the first few days im sure were part water. 3-5%? with a resting HR of 140 for 12 hours? Dude, don't just make up stats.

An EC stack doesn't burn 3500 calories a day. It increases your metabolic rate by about 3-5%, and the average person burns 2000 calories a day. With the added appetite suppression you can lose weight quickly, but nothing near 1lb a day. If you were losing 2-3 lbs in the first few days it was part fat but also a lot of water weight and glucose stores.
Your 12 STOP worrying about such things!

@nell564 12 is far too young to be doing this. I would just try to eat healthier and exercise. Use your youth towards you advantage. Go running or play sports rather than do this at your age. I really wouldn't worry about weight at 12 regardless like Kierangotwood said. You're 12, enjoy your younger days now, you'll have time for worrying about things later in life.
