Hi Christine. I've been watching your videos for a while and i was shocked by something you said in one of your videos. In one of your videos you said that fiber will limit absorption of vitamin supplements. So are you saying that if i eat a cup or two of oatmeal in the morning and then take my vitamins that i won't be absorbing my vitamins properly because of all the fiber in the oatmeal? Please let me know if this is true or not, i'd like to see your response. Thank you!

idk if u work in wiine palmer hospital or ornal palmer hospital cause mi mom work at there for premiture babies and i would like to speak to u on youtuube message because i also had high colostrol and tommorrow i got to tgake the shot to see if i still got it or not but hope me luck plz and also wish mi luck that the shot dont hurt lol
