American Idol is watched by very few people in the UK compared to Asia.

There has been minimal publicity here in the UK for Adam, I still have to explain to most people who he is, some of the UK music channels have just started Playing FYE and the radio tour will start to put that right. Ironicly Adams main problem with being taken seriously by British music fans won't be because he's gay but because he was a contestant on A I, therefore he'll be considered lightweight and disposable, we in the UK have been doing our best to put that right but its a big stigma here.

From what I read from Adam UK fans, the media in the UK rarely cover Adam, so most people there have not heard of him. American Idol is not big there like it is in Asia.
