  • I didn't make a specific video of all MET's on all parts of the body...I put a link in the side bar for all my stretching videos and you can just use the MET's and incorporate them into the other stretches.

  • In response to the MET vs PNF question, this video does include some of the Sheridan principles of PNF. There is not any consideration of MET's here though. MET's are not stretching. It is mobilizing a joint with your own muscular contractions.

  • They just have different names and the technique has a newer variation with MET, but the neurophysiology is the same

  • I'm confused about MET and PNF. In practice they seem very similar. Are they the same method called by different names or are they actually different...if so how?

  • your saying when the client is meeting your resistance is passive stretching would that also be recipical inherbition or am i thinking of another technique?
