Solid beat man! You are definitely a natural. It takes a long time to play a beat and a fill in time. When I first started on drums, I would wear headphones and play to the bands I liked: Tool, Dream Theater, Korn, and learning to play the drums like those drummers gave me a lot of ideas. Plus, it's fun to just play what you like to listen to! You're on the right path though man, stick with it. Check out my videos to see my playing.

Haha first of all get a better camera for better sound recording haha. Something that you could improve on is keeping your foot asteady on the high hat pedal but other that that it's good

NO because solos are something that are unique to each individual drummer. what you played is played by thousands of drummers per day. solo may mean "by itself" but it also means that you have your own specific feel. Hell I was playing beats like that when i first started and I've only played for 2 years.

@mastersquerttle Hey i was also 2 weeks into drumming and i wasnt about to title a video "Beginner Drum Beat" that would have gotten me a ton of feedback! So i agree that looking back this is not the most impressive video. But its all i could do at the time.... Take a look at my new one i put up a week ago.
