SMOKE SALMON QUICHE
Preparation time: 15 minutes and 20 minutes cooling
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serves: 6 people
Ingredients For Cooking
1 cup flour
60 grams butter, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 egg yolk
1-2 tablespoons ice water then
Ingredient Content
• 100 grams smoked salmon
• 125 grams cream cheese
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• Garlic chives 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
• 1 / 2 teaspoon grated orange peel lemon.
• Added 40 grams of smoked salmon, garnish.
How To Cooking
First step is to preheat oven at medium temperature 210°C / 190°C gas.
Mix flour, butter, and thyme 30 seconds with a processor until finely grained.
Enter the egg yolk and water (reserving a little), process 20 seconds more until blended.
Add water if necessary. Transfer to a cutting board dusted with flour. Knead lightly until smooth.
Cover with a sheet of plastic. Chill 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Note: If you want a lighter, use 50 grams of salmon just for this recipe. Salmon can be substituted with smoked trout.
