It is not a song, it is the opening prayer before psalms singing,

sang by Erez Yehiel, who insisted the recording be given freely no charge. The ensemble of these psalms chapters is called "Hatikun Haklali" (התיקון הכללי) and this is Erez Yehiel's (ארז יחיאל) singing of them.
