Visit http://www.avantgravity.com/3d_solar_system_crosseye.html for a higher-res version of this animation. Just cross your eyes until the left and right images converge to form a composite stereoscopic image in the middle. ...A quick 3-D flight to the end of the solar system and back! The planets are spaced proportionally apart from one another and from their respective moons, but I made them substantially larger than they should be given the distances, just to make them easier to see. The relative rotational and orbital velocities should be correct (yes, Jupiter and Saturn spin about their axes insanely fast...). I only included moons measuring more than 1,000 km in diameter.

  • i like it l i like it

  • @backslash225 This video is very deep, and is hard ( at first ) to keep your eyes/brain focused on ( as it did for me for years now!) but with practice , it looks fantastic! Good luck, hope you get to enjoy this video as much as I have for the past two years now

  • This one was really difficult for me. I can normally stay focused through an entire video, but this was hard.

  • Jupiter And Earth Look Phyco.. O.O

  • @giganoto hahahahaha best comment ( .

  • Solar system in 3D is so sexy.

  • wow!

  • If you use your left and right hands to cover up the two side videos as you focus on the one in the middle it will turn into one video but you have to bring your hands close to your face and focus right. Its a lot better.

  • earth was spinning insanely fast......

  • This video is particularly hard to watch cross- eyed.
