This project is really easy to make. I had quite a hard time figuring out the pattern but once you'll get it, it's really easy. The fabric I used is a lace jersey, it's pretty stretchy which is perfect.

The pattern I used is downloadable for free on burda's website. It is not mine!

You should be careful about the sizes because I went straight using the size 40 but it was too big at the end. So I suggest you check on the chart before going ahead and cutting it.

I hope you will enjoy this project. Happy Crafting :)

NOTE: AT 1.08 THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FABRIC IS FACING UP

  • Or you could use an Infiniti scarf lol

  • @GottaLoveMe962 I guess you can! This can actually be a great idea! Have you tried it? But I think it will look a little different. And I mean with the pattern, you can make the shrug with any fabric you like.

  • super easy

  • @lakripta81 indeed :)

  • I don't understand how the arm holes are created. It looks like you sew along joined areas so where do the arms go. Could you please clarify

  • @Godsredeemed1 I don't know if that made any sense but you can always look on the pattern or ask the girl who made it directly on burda's website. For some reason I'm unable to put the link in here so I'll send it to you

  • @Godsredeemed1 It's a little complicated. ^_^' Okay, so you see the video at 0:45,you should fold the upper piece down. Then the two pieces on the side, you should fold them in half so that in the corner there is a hole. when you sew it will come out as it is supposed to be. Because you see you are going to sew the pieces together along the side but there should be a hole in the corner.

  • @jcrefasi1 Thanks!!! :)

  • Very cute!! Great choice of fabric. Drapes very nicely
