@jvolstad Well im a full time nurse, and i dont know anything about purchasing a home, what would you suggest i do, because i dont think i would want to deal directly with someone, like a seller or an agent who doesnt have my interest in mind.

@tisoy909 Because there is a conflict of interest with house sales people (Realtors). If you do not buy, they do not get paid. Therefore it is always a good time to buy based on the Realtors need for money.

You no doubt take notice when you receive a handwritten card in the mail. Yet how often do you delay in completing your own handwritten correspondence, sometimes indefinitely? yeah, and not putting yourself in giant heap of debt is a right reason. You realize that you do need money to feed your family?

were all the people that brought in 2005 and 2006 buying for the right reason , or because tere was so much hype that house will contiue to go up 20% a year, it buy some for 400,000 knowning that it will be worth 300,000 in ayear the right reason to buy , please you have know idea what you are say, no matter what way you look at it its an investment and in this day in age its a bad investment , DONT BUY BE SMART ,
