  • Right On, I have been walking at a park near where I live and 5 laps is 3 miles, it takes me just under an hour. I think people should invest at least that much time a day to their health and well being and it shows!

  • Do you have a gym membership? Sometimes you get like a free intro to some of the machines at different clubs. If not, you can always rely on youtube for some different ideas. Just look up some resistance traning exercises and start slow. Don't progress before you are ready cause you will get injured!
