In my first application on plasma spark ignition ; I'm using diesel fuel on gasoline genset by using plasma spark from 47 uF 250 Volt. It was still bad setup that I have, but good progress because no smoke out from exhaust. Later, I will introduce water in the carb.

  • I used reed switch to trigger relay and relay triggering capacitor. As we know the reed switch will on (short) circuit when magneto cross it and it in off position after it (no magnetig field influence the reed).

You right. I have to change reed position to about 15 degree before original ignition coil position to get right timing.

  • Yes gotoluc. I learn your setup too. Honestly, your video inspire me to replicate this plasma setup. But until now, I still hard to run the engine by 100% water. It worked on diesel in low rpm.

Thank U for your and others video sharings

  • What is plasma ignition?

  • ok man what u need is a gas compressor to make the gas go to leq. and then u will have ur engine running better that what i think and im only a computer tech. but i use to read about rockets Engines when i was 17 :D

so try it if you can and pls let me know if its gonna work .

    peace

  • I don't get it... did it not run fine enough on gas?

  • reminds me of my car when its trying to run

  • Hello, great work, I don't know if this will apply to your fuel source but I doubled my fuel mileage using a negatively charged water fuel cell, I leave the negative on for electrons to drain after only 3 to 10 minutes of positive, this creates ions/plasma held stable in the water, perhaps this can increase the energy in diesel as well, i assume that having a current running through it may not catch the top fumes on fire? maybe worth a try?

  • How are you triggering the circuit? Maybe you already covered that in another vid.

  • Good work! May need to adjust timing a bit.
