Ah experience. I hope this experience has given us Wisdom and Vision enough to get someone with Experience and Competence in the White house.

When was this and wut thing is this? like converntion??

Obama himself in Nov. 04:
"I belive in knowing what you are doing when you apply for a job" when at the time he rejected running for Pres. admiting he was not ready.
When you need an MD: Experience?
When you need a Lawyer: Experience?
When you fly, the Pilot should be? Experienced?
Heck, when you need a plummer: Experience?
President of the U.S.A.: Expereicne????????

Judgement, vision, and character. Rememeber that. John McCain is the Wrong Experience. The Fierce Urgency of Now. Yes we can!

BHO suggests inexperience is OK. From the way he talks you would think it's actually an advantage!(Try that spin in your next job interview). Would you put a guy with 3 years experience in charge of GM? There have been experienced CEOs who were replaced because they didn't perform, yet NO ONE draws the conclusion that experience is unnecessary. This experience vs. judgement argument is a false dichotomy & it leads to a plausible but flawed conclusion. A Pres. needs BOTH. I'm for Obama-in 2016.

OBAMA ON RACE IN POLITICS:
We have a choice in this country. We can accept a politics that breeds division, and conflict, and cynicism. We can tackle race only as spectacle. We can play Reverend Wright's sermons on every channel, every day and talk about them from now until the election, and make the only question in this campaign whether or not the American people think that I somehow believe or sympathize with his most offensive words. We can do that.
But if we do, then nothing will change.

Experience? Well, tell us how we got into this mess to begin with? By an experienced governor from Texas AND we did it again based on an experienced, hands-on president from the previous 4 years. Yeah, tell me about experience.

i remember that, and it was cheap shot. no doubt.
but,
that doesn't make hillary the better candidate.
this video you're posting to says enough for me on the issue of experience. he's not just using talking points (like hillary); he's explaining the actual role of the presidency which reveals the experience issue to be somewhat of a red herring. the commander-in-chief is similar to an editor-in-chief, creating a workable vision and then gathering the right talent to get the job done.
Obama rocks! He's got my vote!

How can anyone say JFK was inexperienced? At 43 when he became Pres., he had been in Washington 14 years-6 as Congressman(1947-'52) and 8 as Senator(1953-1960). He voted for the Civil Rights Act. JFK was inexperienced RELATIVE to his opponent. He was also a war hero(Purple Heart, the Navy & Marine Corp Medal, etc). Obama (47) became senator in 2005 and has been preoccupied with running for Pres. since 2007. They both have vision but JFK is so much more experienced and accomplished than Obama.
