This guy wasn't even a real cop but a security dude. His name is Phillip B. Reed, 45. Reed was cited by a Peoria police officer for leaving the scene of an accident, a traffic offense. In January, he quietly pleaded guilty and was fined $600.

here we have a perfect, albeit small example of everything I hate about these people. Where is their character? Their first instinct is to cover up. Who hires these people? They place too much emphasis on having potential hires pass physical tests and little on raw intelligence, judgment and honesty. And they wonder why people hate them.
