@Nancy9972 my wife is an artist!!! I just got her the T3i canon so we can go get great shots of "life". BTW. my other vids have us or me talking and no songs but I hope you like them just the same.

"They" say that "home" is what you carry in your heart....and that's true, up to a point....but I was born in San Antonio, as was my mother, my daughter (my son was born in Houston), my father was born in Austin, my grandmother in East Texas....it's just hard to be so far away from home. I'll take a look at your other vids....and by the way, this one is beautifully done and I do like your song choices!

You and your wife would probably love Albuquerque. The mountains are covered on top with snow; we have snow and ice still on the ground in the shadows. The air is clean and pure and the light attracts artists (like my daughter)....I love your video because I am amazed that nothing on that road has changed in all the years since I last drove it!
Love the hill country, have you been to Wimberely Texas? Place is just amazing! Love the hill country.

@MIkeDeltaVictor Wimberely, Texas. Small town west of Kyle south of Dripping Springs. I think from here it's about An hour north on 281. Very beautiful! Downtown area is filled with antique shops, a swimming hole, and few mom and pop restaurants. Though you should go to the Gristmill as well in Gruene Texas near New Braunfels once coming back, awesome dinner!!

@Alavistaven2012 Eaten at Gristmill. Very good!! I like the shops along the way. We have to stop at Got Toyz every time. Will look up Wimberely and maybe take a trip next week. Thanks!!

Thanks, Mike! New Mexico is beautiful....the mountains, the snow, the high altitude, the huge open sky....but this is not HOME. TEXAS is HOME....and I can't wait to get there! Love the video....I remember every hill, every curve in the road....there is nothing like it!

@Nancy9972 I have a brother who takes his family up there and even past, i think Arizona to see Christmas snow every year and he tells me that me and my wife should do the same because we enjoy road trips as you can see from my other vids so maybe we should take a venture out of Texas or even north west TX to check it out. Thanks for your comment because to me, the comment means much more than 1000 views on each of my vids because I get to read what you think about it.
