@gravtac is it safe to say then for the courses u dont have times on I should try to beat the normal ghost with no penelties thay is?

@Sweattdesigns Yes, you will definitely get 3 stars if you don't have any penalties and beat the normal ghost time. Although I don't know other courses max times absolutely, I can say if the normal ghost time is around 1:30-2:00, then add about 5 seconds and round off for the max time. Normal Ghost time around 2:00-2:30, then add about 10 seconds and round off. 2:30-3:00 add about 15 seconds and round off.
So most of the time you can be slower than the normal ghost time even without bonuses.

@robertchay15 Yes, it does. But I think if you race one cup race over and over I think it starts to make the CPU's easier. I raced the 150cc Banana Cup hundreds of times testing how to get 3 stars and it seems to be easier than when I switched to a new license.
