That rat's bigger than my dog!! When the rats come out in the daytime so calmly like that it's a sign of a big problem. That means that there is a massive infestation. Rats are nocturnal and wont come out like that unless they feel 100% comfortable. They only feel 100% comfortable when they are in large groups... There must be BILLIONS of rats in NYC and the 5 Burroughs.
