I surf every day, so i am very active, but at night my legs are so restless that i literally toss and turn and kick the matress. Does ANYBODY have a natural remedy....PLEEEEEEZE.

People who don't exercise sufficiently allow toxins (like lactic acid) to build up in their muscles. Without necessary vitamin and mineral intake the problem is all the more difficult to relieve. This leads to RLS.
Like it or not, most people are simply to lazy to accept that they are at fault. Take care of your body. Exercise. Americans, stop bitching about your ailments while maintaining such an unhealthy diet and/or life. I don't like being ashamed of my country or my people.

i took all the meds for RLS and they make your life miserable! The RLS is much easier by itself, then adding meds which will only make your life a living hell! recently, i've been taking Magnesium to bowl tolerance or 500 mg aday which works really well! i also added potassium and folic acid (double the recommened dose on bottle!)

@pmd456 yeah I tried all the vitamin/ mineral/ supplements u name it, didn't help. Klonopin helped but really made me sleepy so couldn't use it till bed time, my legs usually act up around 8 pm. Taking gabapentin with good results, but if problems return or become severe again the next step will be mirpex or requip.

fuck I have tried every vitamin those naturopaths had from selling me all kinds
of bullshit like magnesium and fish oil and many
other things. Basically try klonopin or valium
and mirapex or requip, if you have a docter that
wont do that for you like I did for years.
Go to a pharmacy and get extra strength
acetiminophen it helps a little , but if
its severe rls , take a bit more than recommended , but do now exceed 4 grams a day
because then it can attack your liver, but
try it
Do you think Magnessium calcium potassium works better?
