  • What a beautiful clip. I saw this show at the Vineyard and it knocked me out. I don't think I have ever seen such a committed ensemble of performers as this cast. When it came to Broadway I came back across the Atlantic to see it again. It is such a theatrical, powerful and memorable experience. What is so sad is that such collaborative and compassionate group of performers was dispersed so soon because of the realities of commercial theatre. But the message of injustice lives on. Many thanks.

  • aww I never got a chance to see it, but hopefully I'll get to see the touring one. This was beautiful ! Thanks for sharing! I remember first hearing about the musical not long ago and being like wow that is a brilliant way to tell such an important story. BEAUTIFUL!

  • That was very poignant, especially the very last bit.

  • You gentlemen, aIso talented, and so kind and loving... It breaks my heart to think that the show has closed on Broadway and that your beautiful company family will have to go your seperate ways soon. The Scottsboro Boys was probably one of the most eerie and beautifully disturbing musicals in ten years, and I'm disapointed hat I never got to chance to see it on Broadway. I'm hoping to catch it on tour if it spins by here.

    Thank you and congratulations!

  • From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for sharing this with me, and the rest of the world. I am honored to call you my friend and I truly hope that you get another chance to grace the Broadway stage to once again tell this story. Selfishly... for me because I never got the opportunity to see the production. Cheers to your Scottsboro Boys family, to the love, and to the passion of the art. I love you.

  • Thank you for this blessed gift! I had the honor of seeing this production. perhaps the most compelling pice of theater that I have seen!

  • I was blessed to see these gifted actors only one night. Hail, Hail - Lion of Judah - How wonderful YOU are. No wonder you all could do what you did every night.

  • this was absolutely beautiful, i saw 42 productions (and counting this season) out of all those shows even 6 months after you guys closed it still is my favorite show out of all of them, I hope the tonys are good to you and that it leads to a second life on Broadway for this absolutely amazing production.

  • I had never been moved so much by a theatrical piece. I was entertained, enlightened, educated, embarrassed over my ancestors actions, and hopeful for the future. Thank you for sharing this. As I sat in the theatre I kept wondering what was it like to be an african american male telling this story in this way. What do the actors feel, think? This gave me an insight. You all should be very proud of the work you did and the Tony nominations. I just wish those who picketed the theatre see this...

  • i love/hate you so much. you've made me feel and relive so much in that 11 minutes. i am truly honored to call you my friend and am humbled by how many gifts you radiate. video editing included. see you when you get here next week, hopefully.
