Description: Mostly told in Olivia's POV.

First Verse/Chorus
-(Opening Audio) Elliot convinces Cragen to let Olivia go undercover at Sealview with his supervision and promises her safety.
- Unfortunately, Elliot can't get to the basement in time and Liv is assulted.
- Elliot is so unbelievably remorseful that he wasn't there for her when she needed him and he starts to distance himself from her because he fully blames himself for what happened. However, Liv doesn't blame him and knows it wasn't his fault about what happened to her but Elliot just can't cope.
- She continuously tries to convince him that she DOES need him and that one mistake shouldn't cost them what they have together.

Second Verse/Chorus
- In Elliot's determination to do whatever he has to to protect Liv, when they are walking down the street one night, a car nearly hits Liv and Elliot pushes her out of the way getting hit himself and also shot. Liv rushes to his side and then they rush him to the hospital.
- Liv is furious and goes after the guys responsible for putting Elliot in the hospital but stops herself before she kills him.
- She goes back to the hospital to see Elliot and he's doing ok but then starts to crash.

Third verse
- Liv goes back after the people responsible for hurting Elliot but this time they are prepared for her.
- She gets shot and is rushed into the hospital.
- Liv and El meet in a state between life and death (blue coloring).
- El is convincing Liv to hold on and stay strong and not let herself slip away.
- They start going through memories (black and white glow) of them together but Liv is reluctant and doesn't want to leave him because she's not sure if he'll ever wake up again.

Last Chorus
- Elliot touches her and that pushes her out of her coma and back into life.
- Elliot is still unconscious in the hospital and she sits by his side hoping and praying he wakes up.
- He eventually does but there's a problem, his memory is gone.
- Liv blames herself because she thinks if Elliot had never forced her to wake up then he wouldn't have lost his memory.
- She turns in her badge and gun and when Elliot returns to work (still not remembering everything), he just see's an empty desk where Liv's used to be and although he can't remember, there is a part of him he knows that missing and it's not just his memory that he's lost.

PHEW! Wow..that was a long drawn out story and I apologize for making you read all of that. But I promise it will make much more sense once you've read it!

No and no. The first is from 6x02 - Debt and that we're losing her line is from 7x08 - Starved

What episode was the voiceover during the first few seconds from? I know when Olivia and Cragen are talking it's from "Undercover", but what about Elliot's line where he says "I'll go with her, be with her every step of the way..."? It's driving me crazy.

this song iz sooo sad:( but most noo all of it was soooo good!!!!!:) i love the parts when they huged; when liv saved elliots life ; and how she was there too support him when his head got smashed his head against the window... that was soooo sad and touching....:( *we can never forget liv and el* because we all are big fans of them>>>>!!!! and i loved the song sad but amazing!!!!:)
