The joker interrupts a live air feed to speak to the people of Gotham City and tells them that at midnight he will dump 20 million dollars on the crown, with a big party and celebration. (his goal is to provoke Batman to appear as Bruce Wayne...)

I really like this Joker except his voice... He doesn't sound crazy enough to be Joker :\ Yeah, Heath's voice was great but his portrayal was too serious and he doesn't even look like Joker at all. I'm still waiting for a REAL live action Joker.

2:01, I'm probably the only one, but I was rather young when I saw this movie and that smile Joker had while paused on the screen came across as extremely disturbing for some reason.........

@TheInstantClassic1 That's funny you say that. I felt the same way too! I only uploaded this part, because someone asked me to! I think it's creepy because his face is extremely distorted, he's smiling, and his eyes are closed. If you remember, after Bruce Wayne's flashback of his parent's murder, you still see that same frozen frame on the screen where he had left it paused. In other words, you see that still-frame A FEW times, and IT IS awkward! Really imprinted in my mind also! Thank you!!!
