Getting aquainted with my new 80lb club.
My new friend Kevin Wikse is filiming and giving my some encouragement.The club hits pretty much full body but especially grip,forearms,upper armsand mid section.
Update: I hit 30 straight reps with this exercise on 1-10-10.
