    Its just a shame that most you yanks dont get British humour when we Brits get your humour.

    The back fist(the spinning back fist to be precise) is one of the most deadly punches you can throw in a real fight.

    You dont see it coming, and it is a KO punch. Watch some MMA fights and you will see.

    But yeah, the way its done here is useless and wouldnt knock out a 12 year old girl.
