  • I saw your response about op and aan and how the differ..but how come op is used for saying you are putting a hat on, and aan for coat if aan is used for clothing?

  • @dutchforn00bs Well, since you asked...one of the royals!! Though I'm several generations removed from the last Monarch I was descended from, my mother told me the name was something like the "van Evres" (it was when I was a child), so possible the Vevres, or....

  • Thank you so much for these videos Lidewij. I was hoping to learn dutch, because I want to visit Europe when I graduate. I'm already fluent in what I call "tourist Spanish" or broken spanish, because I've been learning it for the last 10 years, but now I'm going to teach myself dutch, french, and Italian.
