Universal health care good, but not a right

Health care is not a fundamental right, but it would be great if the government were to provide it for all citizens. Based on today's level of coverage, the government could certainly do more to get more people insured, especially lower income citizens. If the government is going to secure health insurance, it's best that they give it to everyone because deciding who should and should not get it could cause problems.
