@Atheneastro In fact, the episode had a lot of great Servo moments, like when he points to a gum ball machine and goes 'Hey, look, it's my mom!'

One of my favourite moments was a rather sweet one where Servo pretends to bounce on the couch like he did in the first Host segment, and goes 'Whee, this is fun... Look at me! This is fun... no it's not, no it's not...' and breaks down onto Mike's shoulder.

This movie was so bad it actually made me angry. Yes, Mike and the bots were riffing all through it, but the mind-blowing incompetence this movie displayed just enraged me. How could these people think they could make a movie?

@samcwic Then it may depress you to know that they made a second one. Although this is a horrific movie, it still shows more promise than Manos - The Hands of Fate. :)

I'm reading the MST3K book "In the Peanut Gallery" by Robert Weiner & Shelly Barba and Rick Sloane wrote a whole chapter on the making of Hobgoblins. Really funny stuff and he does love what MST3K did with the movie.
