@swistaczek103 the opponent has the option of cutting or not. he presented the deck the opponent didn't do anything, so he moved his deck to his library location.

Just to clear up about how everyone is saying how luis's opponent can choose to not cut. This is not actually true. The game rule at what was know as 32+k Competetive events (ie anything above a grand prix). When ever your opponent shuffles his deck. You as the opponent HAS to randomize his deck as wel afterwards. This isnt enforced as much as we as judges would like but it is actually a rule. If this video was brought up, it would be luis's opponent who would get in trouble if anything.

wow. someone really sent it to dci. well, heres the thing. dci is automatically gonna know wat happened in the video, and even if he did cheat, the judges would have called it when it happened. some people are complete and total fuckin morons
