@pippukakkis Not really, a lot of things changed but there is still the alcohol...
But mostly its the drivers own fault and they are sober, they just don't know how to handle a Car/Truck/Bus on an icy road instead of driving slow and careful, they drive like speed junkies without any behavior to other People/drivers....
