  • Can we use another kind of milk instead of soy?

  • Yes, of course, almond or rice milk would work as well!

  • was bedeutet guar flour? das ist das einzige was ich nicht versteh^^

  • Guarkernmehl ;)

  • I wouldn't recommend it. Definately not flour! You can try corn starch but normally it must be warmed up before acting as a thickening agent. You could give it a try though... ;)

Guar flour together with locust bean gum are thickeners which don't need to be warmed up.

  • Is guar gum the same thing as guar flour?

  • RandomCoolGuy2342: I'm going to give it a try with cow's milk, but this is intended to be a vegan recipe. I think it should work?

  • what about just reg milk? whole milk

  • Where can I purchase your cookbook....Thanks

  • holy cow! I made it today! :D

It was a little plain for my taste, but I mixed in some Tabasco, extra lemon juice, and substituted regular mustard for dijon and it was peppy enough for my liking. ;)

  • what about arrowroot powder?

  • Danke Attila !
