  • Sweet Video!!! I would love to make time lapse vids some day.

Is this a regular camera, or some special camera that records in a time lapse mode or something?

  • @DYBI100 - Glad you enjoyed it! The camera is a Pentax Optio W30, just a cheap point-and-shoot, but it has an interval mode, so I set it to take a shot every 6 minutes. Then used Apple Quicktime to assemble the stills into a movie, and finished things off with Final Cut.

  • Woow

  • fucking rad dude.

  • Super interesting.

For some reason, the most intriguing thing to me is how the tree branches slow droop under the weight of the snow - you know that's happening, but it's too slow to really see or comprehend in real time.

  • Fantastic!

  • That was cool.

  • Genius work as usual Kent! Can we get a Facebook upload?

  • Thanks a lot!! I'll have to try that some day soon.

  • Loving this video. Nive work Ken.
