You should keep your Glock loaded. If there is an home invasion you already behind the reaction curve and a unload gun will it worst. Make sure it is out of reach for children and guest.

I am an extremely deep sleeper, however I put my 19 loaded with guard dogs next to my bed in a Gunvault Microvault. Could just as easily go in a drawer if that's your thing.

G26, G19, G17, LMT AR15... ALL mag in, round chambered.

IF there is a fail, it most likely from cycling, or chambering first round.

i keep 8 rounds in the mags that are at the ready, to lessen tension on mag spring.

stash a revolver near entrance of home IN CASE someone inside already.

You have some very good viedos out, I do keep a couple of my guns loaded... Mainly my shotgun and a handgun at the ready, however i understand that you know where all your stuff is but may I suggest to keep your smaller things in backpack type bags... Question, if you had 20 min. to get your stuff ready and get out could you do it without leaving important suff behind? Most of us have our BOB or bail out bag, is the most important stuff in them... Good Luck...

@Silverandguns I bought a fake bar from ebay, I got 100% of my money back, I only buy from ebay from creditable people in Canada and I fully test every troy ounce, I know my shit, and I use the search tool with -mil -mill -mills -clad -plate -china and the results are perfectly good. the 3 ounces i got where from a dealer within 5 hours drive from where i live, fine silver indeed. Therefore let me strengthen what you said: "Never buy silver from Ebay unless you know exactly what your doing." :)
