how!! 29 minutes? it makes me wonder if the path really measures 10km because that is about 2 55 each km which is insane
i mean the athletes of my age (15) do about 2 36 from 2 50 in track and it still is hard as hell
even the best athletes of my country do about 28.30-29.30 on the road

if you read Born to Run, McDougall references Vin Lananna and says he uses barefoot running in his training regimen. If you notice, Rupp is a midfoot striker, just like you would if you were running barefoot. Effective? I think so.

I tought the coverage of the men's race was terrible.. ESPN should do a little more XC homework. I mean really... who knows about how a 5th man impacts a team race? Weak Sauce! There are 250 othe races going on. Common! Also, are you kidding me about the 4min commercials during a 30min race?... That's like missing almost a whole quarter of playtime during a national football game! Just say'n.
