No, it's COMPLETELY relevant. The imbalance of the military might between two sides suggests that there is no "conflict" here. One side (Israel) is oppressor and other side is oppressed (Palestinians).

The fact is that Palestinians have no military so they need to resist Israeli occupation as they refused to be SLAVE of Israel and be SLAVE on their OWN land.

Fifth, Jews lived in Palestine and other Arab countries in the past but birth of Israel resulted land confiscation of Arab land hence tension raised.
