This was one of the items I cooked for Ateyaaa's valentine contest, and took 3rd place. Since I get a lot of request for this cake I decided to make it into its own video, and show you how I cook my QUICK RED VELVET CAKE.
You can use any yellow cake mix that you want to use for this recipe. I personally used Betty crockers yellow butter cake for this video

  • Well, I made it per your recipe, except I used a Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix, so I didn't need the coloring. I do, however, love the addition of the Hot Cocoa. I didn't add the pudding, because there was pudding in the mix, and I stirred in flaked coconut to the cream cheese frosting. Thank you for sharing this with us! It's a great recipe.

  • but even though this is like the easiest way to do this cake and I'm dying to do it just that i wil put more food coloring on it

  • she should have had put n more red food coloring it came out like orang

  • Thank you so much for all that you share and teach us in these amazing videos, Today I made this recipe but as cupcakes, and let me tell you, yummy, to amazing for words, I can't wait to share them at my church carnival, thanks rosie you are the best, Love, Audra
