In a democracy, government accountability demands various safeguards, not the least of which is the constitution. This is the quintessence of the people's compact with the state, wherein fundamental liberties are guaranteed and the separation of powers delineated to safeguard these guarantees. Everything else is really quite secondary. But these safeguards will remain empty vessels unless life is breathed into them by the spirit of accountability.

boyish1981 because once we catch the Burmese protester , we will kick their ass back to their home sweet homeland and let their military service them. They disrespect the law of the country who allow them to come and work so the only way is send them back home
