Yes, the time of the year matters. Fallingwater was meant to be a summer retreat. I saw it on a cold day in October, brrr! It was not as lovely. Kentuck Knob (nearby FLW house) was warmer. But I imagine Fallingwater on a hot summer day would be heaven itself.

Great video! Go see Falling Water in early July when the Rhododendrons are in bloom. The property looks especially beautiful then.

...............falling water is just so beautiful!!! It must be the the most beautiful house and location to live in!! Its good that its been preserved for future generations. If it was in England in would have been "listed" very early, and saved for years to come.
