Great video. My locs are at the small of my back and I have been using pipe cleaners to get that coil look. But it takes about 12 hours to roll. And, like you said, they stab my scalp at night. I think I will try this next.

I have a friend who happend to see your video while I was watching videos. We are both natural but she has long locs. Can she just order them from the website you have listed? I fixed the link for the lockloops so it is ok to click on that one now. The softspikes website is fine as well.

Are pipe cleaners comfortable to sleep in? And are flex rods just as good as the lockloops?

For me they were not. The metal part would stick me in the scalp, plus it didn't seem strong enough for my long locs. Maybe if I had tried it when they were shorter. Flexirods work well but again only when my locs were shorter.
